6. Data retention

  • User account data: deleted within 36 months after the end of services
  • Financial records: kept for 7 years as required by Dutch tax law
  • Contact or support inquiries: deleted within 1 month after resolution
  • Newsletter subscriptions: removed immediately upon unsubscribing
  • Recruitment data: deleted within 12 months after rejection, or 36 months with your consent
